Le Slovaque, qui remporte sa première victoire sur ce Tour, sa douzième au total, devance sur la ligne Wout van Aert (Jumbo-Visma) et Matteo Trentin (Mitchelton-Scott).
Julian Alaphilippe conserve son maillot jaune.
